ALMA LATINA DANCE COMPANY
Located central to all of San Diego in the neighborhood of Serra Mesa, Alma Latina Dance Studio offers dance instruction to help every person, at every level of dance, to meet their goals and have fun doing it!
Adult Programs:
From absolute beginner to seasoned professional dancers, Alma Latina offers classes, private lessons and open dance floor sessions that will add a new dimension to your dancing.
Drop in classes: Come whenever your schedule allows and try classes in Salsa, Bachata, Cumbia, Bollywood and more!
Dance Series : Spend six weeks building upon each skill learned the previous week.
Dance Teams: Train at a higher level with options to perform and travel at public and private events.
Kids Programs:
Our children's program encourages kids to learn the fundamentals of dance and performing arts all while having fun! Through our classes, kids learn about team interaction, respect for one another, healthy fitness habits and a variety of cultural influences.
For one low monthly price, each child in the program can take unlimited classes. They can attend one or two favorite classes or try something new every week. Our offerings range from ballet and hip hop to Latin dance and yoga.
Yoga Program:
Our instructors are certified graduates of the Deep Yoga School of Healing Arts. They specialize in safe, mindful classes that link body to breath to awareness in the moving meditation that is Yoga. Find your true self and greater fitness.
Private Lessons & Parties:
Our instructors are available to work with you in a one on one setting to meet your dancing goals. Our instructors can help with a variety of needs from social dancing to choreography to professional competitions.
Hire an instructor to make your event memorable! We can help put together a dance for a Wedding, Quinceañera or Sweet Sixteen. Or add a special twist to your event by hiring a dance instructor for a group lesson followed by music & dancing or you can hire one of our performance troupes for a stand-out experience!
